Had some leftover crawfish tails from last night and they always go good with a cream sauce. Crawfish Cream Sauce would be good over pasta by itself! Cream Sauce: Sautéed Onions, Garlic, Heavy Cream, Cream Cheese, Pepper Jack and Mud Bug Tails Blackened Red Snapper: Slap Ya Mama Creole Seasoning, seared with some butter Plated over Angel Hair Pasta: Pretty easy weekday meal
