ISO Ruger M77 with zytel (skeleton) stock. Caliber doesn't really matter. My son wants one.

Best gun in my safe is the M77 Mark II with the Zytel stock I have chambered in .270. Unfortunately I don’t sell stainless Ruger’s when I get ahold of them.

Good luck with the search and your son is lucky! That gun will last him the rest of his life.

Good luck. Get ready to shell out some cash. They are hot right now. I have a 223, 243, 270, and a 270 ultralight. All stainless with skeleton stocks. None for sale. By far my favorite rifles. You can’t kill them. I will keep a look out for you though. Gunbroker has several.

There was a nice one in (I think) .270 in the gun shop a few doors off the SW corner of the courthouse square in Monroeville. Bought a pistol in there the other day. Guy also does bail bonds and maybe pawns, not sure. A&M Guns and Pawn maybe?

AA Bail and Bonds is the one near the square. A&M is down near McDonald’s.

I gotcha. AA Bail Bonds is where it was. I like buying there. He has a tag on every gun. Top number is retail. Bottom number is his cost on it. Sale price is his cost plus $25 or so. Very good deals on some stuff in there. He has some much nicer inventory than you see other places as well.

I stop in A&M at least a couple times a month. Bought a nice Beretta .20 gauge A300(?) in there a couple weeks ago. Nice people.
