My first sit. Just had two Jakes fly in 10 yds. in front of me and land just to my right. First time I've seen gobblers out here on this private land. Was hoping to see some pics from my camera but my buddy apparently forgot to turn the switch on last time we were out here.

Living vicariously thru yall again. Dunno when i'll be able to climb a tree. I'll say this...be careful and check your gear 2x! Son's baseball coach fell last friday. Multiple fractures but he's alive. Waiting to get the story but he did have his safety harness on.
The harder I practice, the luckier I get.

Present. Didn’t get in the tree until just after 7. Had to go get blood drawn for lab work and put on blood pressure meds for the first time. Everything goes to chit after you turn 50. 🤦🏻♂️ Hopefully I’ll see something here in a bit that will jack the BP up.

You obviously haven't been rough enough on your body if it didn't start falling apart until 50.. Take care of yourself.
