Got something stuck under his hide , stick , thorn ? It's a pus pocket around infection site . Our herd bull had a similar one , vet lanced it , and you wouldn't believe what came out of it . He washed it out with a garden hose and gave him some antibiotics. Maybe it will rupture ; but I don't want to see what comes out of it ! 😳🤢

Should be good if the flies don't lay eggs in it and the maggots work on it . I have heard vets say maggots are a good thing if no meds are being given. Natural way of treating the infection. It makes sense to me.
