I’ve got 340 acres around Benevola , Just me and one other guy have leased it the last 3 years. He’s working out of town now and needing someone to split it with me . Deer, Hogs and small game. Land owner has turkey rights. I killed 2 nice bucks off it last year and missed a good one the year before . I see plenty of does but haven’t shot one in 2 years because I know what they’ll bring around. Total price is $3,400 that includes insurance. $1,700 split 2 ways. 5 greenfields Several shooting houses , ladder stands and ground blinds already in place.
