Good to see you again at the Expo. Wish I could have been able to see you shoot though. Boy how about that finish today! Those two guys really do a fine job shooting. I thought we might see a red dot shootoff there for a minute. That Tom Boatwright and that Skipper Boothe are just two great guys and excellent bow shooters. I was impressed by both.

Good seeing you again 10gauge. Tom's a good ol' boy and Skipper is a good friend of mine. He was hunting with me the morning I broke my neck back in November. I rebuilt that bow he was shooting from the ground up earlier this year for him. I also built the strings for it. Back in 2008 Skipper and Tom were in a shoot off for the win and Skipper came out on top. Last year Skipper was in the final again and was beat out by Randy Hendrix from North Carolina.

That's the second time I've shot the world at the civic center and I haven't shot worth a crap yet. Hopefully I learned a few more tricks that will help me next year. I wish we would shoot the world at Garrett Coliseum. I shoot really well there.

That final round was great. I was glad to see Tom pull it off, and he did it with a perfect score on the last round. That New Breed bow Tom was shooting was nice, and really quiet. I have been looking at the New Breed bows for a while now and know several people who shoot them. I am thinking about picking up one of the Genetix bows myself.
