You’re exactly right. I’ll bet the .gov has so many new laws on safety and emissions though. I wonder what the most basic truck in 4x4 a guy could order, would cost today? Just ac and 4x4 and power steering and brakes. Oh and a cigarette lighter to charge a phone with a usb.

It was an automatic too..everbody says..i dont want an automatic..well..these things are weak as water auto or manual..so it dont matter..an they have good little transmisions..they just dont make much power..i personally would have rather had a 5spd..but i wanted a nice one when i started lookin..an this was the nicest one i could find..it had around 128k miles when i got it..bout 180k when i sold it i think

Toyota autos are bullet proof . I've owned several manuals and autos, had less problems out of autos than manuals. Autos "crawl" in the hills and rocks better . I'm a big fan.
