Just found out that the wife and I were assigned section 17 & 18 at cedar creek for opening weekend of bow season. Anyone ever hunted those sections and wouldn’t mind sharing some info? Said they assigned 2 sections to compensate for any logging activity that may be going on. Thanks in advance.

I got zones 3 &4 oct 21st-24th. We should plan a meet and greet on scouting days. I have zones 3&4 for the December 16-19 hunt. Will probably be down on the 10th to scout.

If I was in zone 3/4 I would find creek crossings. I know there are stretches of that creek with steep banks and it funnels them to cross certain areas. I may or may not have hunted the other side of the creek and know there are few places they tend to funnel across. I have already pulled the topo and picked the areas that show low banks to scout.
