I cannot remember the brand, but I came across a pre-built turkey gun (.410) that comes with an already attached turkey choke (Jebs maybe?). Pricepoint was around $400. I'm trying to remember and apparently save it anywhere.

CVA has one (CVA Scout Turkey) that comes with jebs choke that is around the price he listed. The Stevens one is around $180 and comes with a Stevens choke.
