Took a walk on the new property today and came home with 3 squirrels and a handful of golden chanterelles. https://imgur.com/a/uDdXvTfMade up some biscuits and threw the bushy tails in the insta pot with the mushrooms, a couple onions, carrots, canned tomatoes, and home canned venison stock. Ended up with a jam up meal! My lady friend who has never had squirrel before now wants me to get more, a lot more. I think I can oblige that request! https://imgur.com/a/M8iTVjC
