Is the "bait privilege license" required for hunting near or over Clorox stumps?
It's getting about time to hit them again before the season opens. Just checking about the license.

I like using old stumps but on one piece of property that was clear cut about 1.5 years ago the stumps are still hard so I’m taking a cordless drill using 1” spade bit and drilling about 5 or 6 inches down making about 8 to 10 holes per stump. Fill em up and good to go! Solid idea!
