Is the "bait privilege license" required for hunting near or over Clorox stumps?

It's getting about time to hit them again before the season opens. Just checking about the license.

Use unscented, Frankie. That scented stuff attracts other critters and The Man.

What about Clorox wipes? Will those work in a pinch? Or has this already been answered in the General Forum recently?

Li have two active Clorox stumps. Learned about them years ago. One is your standard unscented. The other is the dollar general brand that is thicker and lemon scented. They were slow to start on it , but they have dug that stump hole out to the point a Toyota would get stuck in it. It’s just crazy.

I like using old stumps but on one piece of property that was clear cut about 1.5 years ago the stumps are still hard so I’m taking a cordless drill using 1” spade bit and drilling about 5 or 6 inches down making about 8 to 10 holes per stump. Fill em up and good to go!

Or piddling on the neighbors property. Put em out when you get there and pick em up while you’re dragging that buck out. Easy peasy!!
