Well just road around and talked with the the man who bought the property adjacent to my house and for first time I am leasing hunting property. I was just looking at the 70 acres but he gave me a decent deal (I think) on 137 acres for just me and my son at $5 an acre. Fifty seven acres was just cut this summer and and another 40 acres was cut and replanted in pines about 2-3 yrs ago. There is still some mature oaks and a decent sized pond as well so now I’ve got to get out and scout this area before bow season.
