A friend brought us a couple bags of fresh caught swordfish steaks.

I made a salad of marinated tomatoes and onions and seasoned the steaks with a good dose of kosher salt, fresh cracked black pepper, and a little paprika. Pete seared the steaks on one side and flipped them. A good brushing with real butter and a squeeze of lemon juice and they were plated with mushroom couscous. Fine meal.

Never cooked 'em but those look great. From what I gather they are fine eating. If I ever make it home I'm sure to give them a try.
