His KS operation os top notch from what I hear . The Kentucky one I’d beware he had 12 guys ready to hang him last year . Wish I would had saved the screenshots . It was entertaining for sure . Leased em the main entrance to an ATV park then ghosted was the gist of it . I think his other place is in Ohio
