You cannot prove someone gave you COVID unless they were the only person you have been around in the last 2 weeks. That wouldn’t go anywhere. Also, you’re assuming personal liability by going anywhere. No one forced you to go to work.
That is not necessarily true if some of this extra unemployment is being taken away. If someone does not have, or is not being provided, the means to stay home, then they will be forced to go to work or live on the streets eventually. I agree that it is a choice to go to work or not, but having no way to afford to live is a pretty compelling reason to go to work.

You are correct. It is a choice to not be homeless or starve to death. There are those who actually choose to be homeless and manage to survive the best they can.

So if a person who's been employed 30+ yrs choses not to take the vaccine, is now given a choice by his employer to take the shot or lose your job what does he do? I'd look into 1 of those blank cards myself if I were put in that position..

As a company especially a smaller company you have no choice. You have to follow CDC guidelines or risk losing your PEO or a law suit.
A lawsuit from who? It is only a matter of time. Say one of your employees is asymptomatic and transmits Covid to a customer. Customer dies or has serious medical issues. Lawyer says lets sue the company for negligence as they failed to institute proper safety precautions. If I don't win, you owe me nothing. My best friend owns a pest control company in Texas. He has been very vocal on FB about not taking the vaccine or making his employees follow safety procedures when entering a customers home. A single lawsuit could/would ruin him financially. The government actions (and $500,000 fine) against Tyson Foods has already set the precedent. 1. Don't broadcast your employee had covid. 2. Prove it. Definitively. Lort help, the lawyers have taken over even the good guys mindsets.

In my opinion, we should be very careful about throwing around words like “coward” on a chat board. It’s just too easy because you’re not face to face with the other member of the conversation. I’ll demonstrate. Any physician who would ignore all the science on vaccine adverse reactions and effective therapeutics for the sake of not making waves and keeping his comfortable practice is a low down coward in my book. Just my opinion on chat room etiquette mind you, take it with a grain of salt.
