This is a true story. My sisters husband died a few years ago from stage 4 colon cancer. It spread to his liver and lungs. It is an awful way to go, and he faught it valiently to the bitter end. Since he was my age, I went and got a colonosopy at 48, against the advice of my regular physician. She said I didn't need one until age 50. They found 3 polyps. Said come back in 2 years.
I went longer than 2 years, was getting closer to 3, and went to see a different colon doc. Told him I was having some issues, and about the previous colonoscopy. He said, I wouldn't have said you need to come in for 5 years, but we can schedule one and check you out if you want. I said ok, lets do it. Come to find out, I had a flat polyp, not very far into my colon, which was very difficult to remove, and required 2 more visits at 6 months and 9 months to make sure he got it all. It was precancerous.
He said he thought they missed it in the first proceedure, and said had I not come in, and waited, I would have been in very bad shape.
The moral is these doc's basically repeat the same thing. No need for this or that until this age. Look how they have moved the numbers for cholesterol now. It's so low and difficult to hit, you have to take a statin which is made in china. All they do now is look at my chart. You need to take this med for BP. Rather than find out why it has changed. Did it change because I am getting older, or is there some other explanation, that could be corrected without having to take meds????
Thats why most all the docs are pushing the vaccine. It's the mindset now. Problem = meds to solve it. There isn't another option.

Sorry to disappoint but I ain’t planning on going anywhere especially because of a few people that want to try and run off anyone who doesn’t share their views. They’re kinda like some of the BLM supporters that are blatantly racists and cry racism. Just because I think Covid is real and the vaccine is a good idea for the majority of people - they want to say I’m condescending or all knowing. I’ve never resorted to name calling or had a holier than thou attitude. Just trying to tell people what I know to be fact and what I think is true. I come from a lower middle class family originally from Marion County Alabama. I learned very early in life to never judge a person by their accent, their vocabulary, or their station in life. Uneducated and stupid are two totally different things. I don’t need to be told these things. But you can be uneducated and stupid. I’ve been called a lot of things alletist ? (I assume my paper boy meant Elitist ) is not one of them. I’ll still defend your right to be stupid 257.

My doc is totally awesome individual. We dispense with the medical business pretty quick, then catch up on one another’s latest and upcoming hunting and fishing adventures.

That sounds like many of my patient appointment. That’s what makes this job even more enjoyable though.

Roadkill some of what you said come right out of the bible, pretty close anyhow. And i agree with everything you said, but it has been my experience alot of doctors just arent too respectable. Theres alot of games being played with peoples health these days by people woth the knowledge and ability to help them, but helping just dont pay enough. A doctor forgot to take my grandmother off her blood thinner before bipass surgery, so she bled to death in surgery. Stayed on life support for two weeks, they just never could get her back. The doctor told us thats what happened. Another doctor perforated my step grandmothers bowel during a colonoscopy. Two weeks later she was so filled with infection she died. My other grandmother had Alzheimer's. Ma took her to brookwood because granny was doing some stuff that concerned her. They enlisted her in some kind of study and sent her to Tuscaloosa. It took mama and a lawyer 6 months to get her back. By then she never got out of bed again and mama fed her through a tube till she died. I know countless people taking a double handful of pills every day. Alot of them have had complications from mixing the pills and almost died. I would be on three pills a day myself if i did what the good doc told me. Never went over any kind of diet change or exercise program i might try, just here tale these pills every day from now on. One of the pills was responsible for the death of an old man i went to church with. Gave him scerosis he had never drank a drop in his life. Me and google got my little issues under control, mostly just changing what i eat, no pills needed. Ive just seen too much to trust a doctor. I pray pretty regular my life will never be in ones hands. I could go on and on but i wont. I know there are several doctors and nurses on here. Ive said it before and ill say it again, if they are legitimately spending their lives trying to help people, i pray the Lord will bless them real good for their efforts. If they are getting rich by taking advantage of those who trust them, well the Lord will handle that too.

My favorite aunt and Godmother was put on medication after bypass surgery and one of the side effects was it caused cancer. Doc should have taken her off it and didn't, and she died a year later from cancer.

https://www.cnbc.com/2018/02/22/medical-errors-third-leading-cause-of-death-in-america.htmlMedical malpractice is the 3rd leading cause of death. And there are probably 100 times more that are injured and not killed then are killed. Food for thought. ****** I wonder how many people have died because they did not get any real Covid treatment? I wonder how many died because they lived in nursing homes and Covid patients were sent there by medical experts? Aren't "Doctor" Faucie, the CDC and the NIH medical experts??? Yeah, and we know what they did to America.
