Our granddaughter wants to start bow hunting. Shes been getting ready to tryout for the school archery team with her Genesis bow and picked her up a Diamond bow ( haven'tset it up yet). Now she wants to get a crossbow. What's yalls thoughts and recommendations. This girl loves being in the woods or fishing. Wants to be a GW or LEO LEO working with K9s when she gets older. Told her it doesn't pay well, but whatever makes you happy.

Don't know much about GW or what crossbow would work for her, but I do know that being an LEO with the Feds is a good career and good paying job, unlike state GW.....I just retired from the Feds and know many of the LEOs that still work there and the salaries are very good......

Great option for young kids that may be noise/recoil sensitive in my opinion

Thanks. She's worked with me on a few bite dog's and loves it. Never thought of federal

Picked her up a CrossPoint so I'm gonna let her give it a try. Now to get her a descent target for it and her compound. Suggestions?
