Impressive. That is one thing I've never been able to figure out and be satisfied with on the egg. I finally just bought a pizza oven

I turn my platesetter feet up then put the grate on the legs with a pizza stone on top of grate. I am lazy so buy the pre made pizza dough from Publix then I cook the pizza around 550deg for 7-9 minutes. Last Friday I got sidetracked getting a beer and left it 10min and burned the bottom a little bit.

Looks great!
Pizza is about the only thing I haven't tried on the egg.
What are the different options for dough?

Pizza dough is easy. Use the pouches from the store or look up a recipe online.

Don't blame me for your bad decision-

I cant for the life of me work that Publix deli pizza dough into anything resembling a pizza crust. If i do somehow get a pizza made, I usually burn the hair off my forearms trying to get it off the egg.

I'm sticking to meat with my egg. I aint no pizza maker.

Ha, the pizza crust pack had two in it, made the other one last night, just as good as the first.

I’ve cooked on an egg for 20 years and never cooked a pizza. You’ve inspired me to give it a try
