Get some help after the boil and peel everything. First sauté some andouille with onions and bell pepper. Looks great. There is a pizza joint in the rocket city that put crawfish on their cajun pizza. Mighty fine

That's a great way to use them.
Also, do a low carb seafood Shepards pie. Great use for Crawfish. I like to add some oysters too.

Looks great and good way to make use of crawfish. They seem to do well with pasta dishes.

Looks excellent but there should be no such thing as leftover crawfish. True!! Seriously, true!! Buuuuuut it happens. Then you get these great meals. Along with omelettes, quesadillas, sauces , and so on. I’ll eat till I pop then shell em for good eats later.
