Working all week and daughters softball putting a dent in my turkey hunting. But I’ll stay after them every chance I get. Also have a trip planned for Nebraska in May. The history of the bow and arrow is the history of mankind I love animals...they're delicious

I haven’t even heard a bird on the roost in the last couple hunts. Gonna have to try somewhere else. The history of the bow and arrow is the history of mankind I love animals...they're delicious

Got 0 sleep last night, so I’ll blame all the stupid mistakes I made on that..... worked 2 very killable birds and didn’t kill either one. I stuck on one for 4.5 hours. Screwed the pooch on my initial setup and had him within 40 yds for 20 minutes without being able to see him. After he drifted off, I moved on him 3 more times, but he never acted interested after the first setup. Hunted until about 1pm and just didn’t have the energy to stick with it past that. As luck would have it, by 4 I had gobblers pass in front of 2 different cell cams. Great to finally work a gobbling bird though.
