Most of us have planted them in our food plots.
I googled them today. Said they are good in lots of dishes like stir fry,salads,ect.
Anyway it also said it had 125% our daily need in vitamin C.in one 7" radish
They arent bad tasting. And loaded in fiber.
Good to know when you are hunting and didnt bring a lunch.

Japanese folks supposedly go crazy for them, I might try selling some when our new Asian overlords get Toyota/Mazda plant running.
