Been buying it at BPS in Prattville when I pass through (about 40% of the time they have it) same stuff for $12.99/box, only problem is the 5 box limit. Pick and choose your buys and you can stay at around $0.64/round. I've managed to find a good bit at that price but nothing lower and only in the big box stores. Everyone else is scalping it.
