These were the last cuts from a really nice angus tenderloin I bought at the little United Grocery. They were actually well marbled which is rare for a tenderloin. I seasoned them with salt pepper, red pepper flakes, onion powder and garlic powder. Mrs. Irish baked some potatoes in the oven and prepped the asparagus, seasoned them and tossed them in a little oil. A nice simple meal after working in the garden yesterday. Some of the best fillets I have cooked lately.
