Long trip yesterday, but a good lunch (See the Hog Rock BBQ thread in the General Forum.) So we didn't feel like cooking when we got home from the long trip yesterday, but knew we needed to eat. So we looked in the fridge and found some cooked rice and some smoked tenderloin from the weekend and went to town on a quick, easy dinner. Mrs. Irish did the food prep and called me over from my recliner and glass of Chattanooga Whiskey do cook everything up... Smoked pork tenderloin Shredded cabbage Julienned carrots Thin sliced onions Chopped fresh garlic Minced Ginger Soy sauce A little bit of sesame oil Salt Pepper

Irish, When most of us say we don’t feel like cooking we order pizza...... 😂😂😂
Unfortunately we live so far out in the sticks that they don't deliver pizza out here. No gas. No Cable. This area didn't get electricity until about 18 years ago. Our area just got city water about 3 years ago when we were about halfway through with our cabin. We just got semi-reliable internet about 18 months ago. It's an hour round trip to Fort Payne if you don't buy anything.

Very nice, Irish! Looks amazing like always!!! Thanks man. I haven't been cooking much lately. I've been off on business just about every week and now I'm sick as all hell with some kind of sinus infection.
