School me on tomato gravy .... Make your standard dark gravy and add a couple cans of diced tomatoes and let it simmer down. I like to add black pepper and usually use the seasoned flour of whatever I am frying to make the gravy. It is hard to beat with fried deer steak or turkey breast, rice and biscuits.

School me on tomato gravy .... fry up some bacon. use the grease to make a gravy (like making sausage gravy). add in some home canned tomatoes if you have them; if not, a good canned tomato will do. use lots of fresh cracked black pepper. serve with the bacon and definitely over hot biscuits!
