Any reason not to marinate this thing in Dale’s?

It should be a crime to marinate anything in that salty stuff.

It should be a crime to marinate anything in that salty stuff. I agree......though my dad lightly marinates deer meat in it sometimes and its good.....It's easy to go overboard with it.....I like to add a little dash of it on top of my hamburgers when grilling

I use the unleaded and it isn’t nearly as salty.

Marinated in the unleaded and grilled to 125 on the egg and covered with foil and let it rest. Delicious!

It should be a crime to marinate anything in that salty stuff. truth!!! * pro tip: smoke a French cut rack to rare or just under rare, lollipop the rack (clean up fat and cut into individual “lollipops”), drizzle or dunk in Hoover Sauce, sprinkle with Sure Shot Sid’s, pepper and ground mustard and cook 4min per side over a hot grill.

Cut it half with Olive Garden Italian dressing and half again with water and it makes a good marinade just don’t let it soak to long

Lamb marinade -
Red wine Olive oil Garlic Thyme Rosemary Sliced onion Salt & pepper
For a rack, 12 hrs should be good. I do boneless legs for 24+ hrs.
I wouldn't ruin lamb with Dale's.

I wouldn't ruin lamb with Dale's. THIS is the recipe you want. Frak dales and Worcestershire. Unless you want to ruin a good piece of mutton.

I wouldn't ruin lamb with Dale's. You HAVE to have Rosemary somewhere in a Lamb recipe. I don't know jack about cooking but I learned that a long time ago and it holds true. Lamb is a delicate meat.... that Dale's will absolutely over power the meat. This marinade TickaTicka has listed sounds delicious.
