I'm assuming for wildlife. Any general purpose fert from 10-10-10 to 17-17-17. If you're trying to get it flower up in a landscaping application, there's probably some high end stuff you can use but for for wildlife, anything you put on it will give it a good boost over natural ground.

Would not suggest too much directly around any plant/bush. Too much can burn it up and kill the plant. Triple or triple 10 away from or lightly if directly on the roots and other higher concentrations further away from from roots and use less. From experience here.
