I have multiple and like them all, although I'd only use a few of them as hang-n-hunt setups and others as permanent stands for a season. I have a Lone Wolf Alpha with Hawk Helium sticks. I have an XOP Air Raid with XOP Sticks (my favorite set of sticks). I have a Novix Echo with Novix sticks (the same thing as the Lone Wolf but rebranded because of ownership and naming issues). I love all three and would pack any of them in as a one-time hunt. I typically will pack them in for a hunt and leave them through the weekend and pull them out on a Sunday. I have a Millennium M50 that is really comfortable, but it's heavy. I'll put it up and leave it all year. And I usually use some Field and Stream heavy climbing sticks with it. We also have a Millennium M150 that we use as a permanent lock-on for the season.
If you're wanting permanent sets, I think you'd be just as well off to get some of the Academy Game Winner lock-ons with climbing ladders. But if you want something to take in and out every time, IMO it's worth spending the money to get a nice setup. And you can find some really good deals on here or Craig's List or the Facebook marketplace or groups like Run N Gun Whitetails on facebook. If I had to choose one setup as my favorite, I like the XOP set up mostly because their sticks feel the sturdiest to me and are designed to connect together. But XOP is made in China, and a lot of people don't like that. Novix is made in the USA and Lone Wolf are made in the USA.

I use muddy boss xl. They can be bought for $75-80 on sale. Light. Comfortable. Non-skid finish. Integrated foot rest. Silent. I have 5 of them. Four I bought to leave up and one I use as a portable set up.
Leaving them up I'd get cheapest 20ft steel steps I could find. My portable set up is 4 hawk helium aluminum 30" sections. They are light and bite the tree very well. I can be start to finish hang/hunt in 6-8 minutes

Lone Wolf Alpha II and four sticks. I only use it in certain trees where a climber doesnt work. Offers adjustability to the tree angle really well.

Millennium M25 and M100. For steps, any steel ladder sticks will do.
