You should've took that 280. It's got the best neighbors you'll find in Alabama (LOL) and they killed a sure enough stud on it last weekend. I know it. Just got into crunch time and had to make a rash decision to plan the year out. Now look where I’m at again this year lol.

20 dollars a acre won't last long around here if you take out the owners getting to hunt. There's land being gobbled up in east montgomery/ bullock for $25. Yeah the owners getting to hunt is a bit much. No way I would agree to that especially at that price.

There's a piece of property down the road from my camp that leases for $21/acre. I would gladly pay it too if it were ever to come available.

"Will only hunt when you are not there" never works....I would steer clear!! Way, way too many potential issues. The main question hasn't been asked either, or I missed it. Does that include turkey rights? Just kidding, I'm not interested either way.
