Son's car, older Mazda 6...a few days ago he got ran off the road and got left front off in a ditch...where of course there is a concrete culvert. Other driver was coming out a neighborhood and almost hit him...drove off and didn't stop. So I went and got car out of ditch, put on donut, wire and zip tied everything that was mangled and he slowly drove it home. Wasn't too far away.
Started working on checking everything tonight.
Front bumper cover mangled plus other lower airfoil and clips
Sliced sidewall of tire
Broken left headlight, blinker, and both fog lights
Now control arm bushing sheared. We were changing the tire and assessing the damage when I saw the break tonight.
Liability insurance only...so he's got some spending to do. I may help out with the labor...probably spot coin on parts too.

They made 70's and 80's trucks for stuff like this, I saw one that had a bug catcher that said "MY BRAKES SUCK", On his Sierra, and they likely did. He was in the left lane,... pushing....I saw him coming and moved over, then fell in behind him, went right on through town. Nice to see some raised with a set of stones.

Just cut some strips out of an old inner tube and wrap that baby tight. Held a many a tractors together back in the day with em.
