Dingle Johnson Joined: Dec 2013 Posts: 22,700 Lickskillet, AL	I was just kicking around the cabin today when our youngest called and said he'd been studying too hard and wanted to come over for some home cooking. So I threw a pot roast from Tennessee River Market in the Dutch oven to brown it, also lightly browned some onions, and carrots and the deglazed the pan with some Pinot Noir, put everything back in the pot and threw the whole thing in the oven on 275 for about 3 hours, while we went to have cigars and drinks with some buddies. Mrs. Irish got home and made some homemade mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli and we were all set when Irish Jr. and I got back...
