Anybody point me in the right direction for a contact with a spreader truck? Property is in northern Coosa County so even someone in Talladega/Clay would work. Not looking for a field dump or buggy rental.

Coosa County
I work in Sylacauga and hunt in north Coosa county. I talked to the Talladega Farmers Exchange and was told they would send a truck to do pastures, but not food plots. Food plots were hard to get to and resulted in little lime sold for the distance traveled. I know someone that has offered to do mine. He and his family have a cattle farm and have Adam's spreaders. If you want, I can contact him. However, his first question is going to be "Where?". If you want me to contact him, PM me the area where the lime is to be spread. I will see if he is interested. If so, I'll hook y'all up. I'm going to do soil samples as soon as the season is over, then get him to spread mine. Maybe we could help him and us by doing them at the same time.

Do they not have spreader buggies/trailers? We have just had the co-op drop off the equipment and we pull it around and spread it. Or we could go pick it up and take it. They don't need to know whether it is a food plot or a pasture. You are buying it.
