I have it in my left ear really bad. It stinks. I got off a plane 2 years ago and my ear didnt pop. I think that's what caused mine.

Getting worse for me. Just had annual test, pathetic. I have 60% gone left ear. WEAR YOU DAMN EAR PLUGS!

I wake up every AM with ringing and buzzing, too many hours around loud equipment and I might have shot a few times without protection . There's some ranges I've completely lost for the most part. Use ear protection if you're around any loud noise and start the young shooters off with it as well.

Got it in both ears. 1000 buzzing mosquitoes flying around inside your head.

Me also, 10 years in Tanks howitzers and 50 Cal's . I can't hear the alarm clock but I can hear a dog barking 7 miles away. When I'm hunting I have to keep very alert can't hear them coming anymore. Oh well.

Bought a Browning Bar 270 with the BOSS on it , wore ear protection sighting it in . First hunt 7 racked bucks came across the clear cut I was sitting on . Shot the first one and took aim on #4 . After shooting at him #1 got back up so I shot him again . Five shots two bucks , legal back in the day . My left ear hasn’t stopped ringing since ! Kept the gun but replaced the boss ! Somebody answer the phone ☎️ 😳

Angle Grinder is one to watch out for. Lathe, Milling Machine plenty of rifles shotguns inside buildings and a few things that go bang then you throw them. It's a long list. IF I'm laying on the right side I can't hear the alarm clock go off.

jet engines got me even with ear protection and flight helmet, somedays are better than others but it's always there

High pitch air tools are a hearing killer.

99% of mine is from hunting, 7 mag rifle and 44mag pistol done most of the damage. try and pick a long barrel rifle in a modest caliber to help you in the woods. you don't realize sometimes how sound reflects off trees around you.

Flying the MV-22B gave it to me. Combination of military aviation and having the damn radios turned up so loud so you could hear while flying---which is ironic.

I sleep with a white noise machine. Game changer.

My ears are ringing right now

I sleep with a fan going to drown out the ringing and other noises. I can mostly ignore it during the day but as others have said when it gets quite it gets loud.
