Paint the end of a nice hickory limb purple and beat the hell out of them. They'll know there won't be a next time I like the way you think
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

The purple paint can be used to mark no trespassing versus having a sign, and even then there is strict stipulation on how it must be marked or displayed. It literally does nothing else in the form of prosecution. I've heard this, please post the state law on this Betcha lunch you can ask 10 LEO what a purple paint boundary means and most cant tell ya. Trespassers are like cockroaches. Cant get rid of them but ya can make it hard on them. I call the LEO on every trespasser we catch. Block their vehicles in or something until the leo get there. We have had several over the years who had warrants and were hauled away. Most were just given a warning by the leo. Some kept coming back. We found if we get in their pockets its a big deterrent. Ive had at least 7 cars towed off private property in the last 10 years. If the leo cant do anything to them they are at least going to be cost a tow and impound bill.
Ethical behavior is doing the right thing when no one else is watching - even when doing the wrong thing is legal. Aldo Leopold .. (except when it comes to trailer tags)

I certainly believe some situations would merit this. I would hate to be tracking a deer and cross a line that wasn’t marked and be on Uncle Hucks property. Does that (on the X app) show property lines? Obviously a good POSTED sign will keep the honest man out.

I would wait until the cops got there and then do a citizens arrest. if the act is a felony. cops don't always like to arrest for something they didn't witness, but I don't think they would have a problem with you arresting them. just tell the cops to haul them to jail and finish the paper work. Can’t finish an arrest without a warrant and what happens if you can’t get a warrant? Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I still have folks that say "what sign?" Assholes. If you don't own it or have specific permission, stay off. If your deer ran onto my property, I'm easy to find, as I live there. I'll help you look.

some of us are easing away from what really upsets me-Digging up human remains. These bones they are digging up once held a living person in place. I think it is bad "Ju Ju" to mess with the remains and resting place of a deceased individual.

If the honest man is hunting a piece of property the honest man should already know where the property lines are. The honest man should never put himself in such a situation. And it being dark is not an excuse. They make some very nice lights now. As Unclehuck said, landowners are not that hard to find.

Since you know the one guys address I wonder how he would like you digging up his yard. This is my thoughts exactly. Definitely since you can’t get in trouble the first time I’d hire a fleet of Mexicans and dig that whole damn yard up.

Might approach a Native American organization about these activities being perpetrated by individuals located at which addresses. Could end up dealt with for you.
