I just hunted zone 8 this week. The park is wide open, hikers and mountain bikers are everywhere. I was spotted twice in my tree stand from people on trails. The guy I was with ran into a girl walking her Yorkie Wednesday morning. Definitely some different kind of hunting, can non stop hear people talking when walking or biking, echos through the bottoms. That's definitely gonna be different. Did you see any deer in the middle of all that?

I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

That deer was killed in Jefferson County. It is not an Oak Mountain deer.
