Comes with box, carrying case, lens and objective covers and a carrying strap. These were a replacement for an old set I sent in for repair. I bought a pair of 10x while waiting on Leupold to repair/replace and am going to keep them instead. I will also throw in a crooked horn outfitters or badlands harness of your choice.
