I was telling my wife, although these people are of the utmost character, they are still human. You have to think a few of them are, in the back of their mind, hoping to see some of this election fraud stuff brought in front of them.

Many of the talking heads are saying they will rule against the President and the American people due to fears that to overturn even a crooked election would cause riots and burning. That is not their duty, it is to rule on the Constitutionality of the election. Whether a bunch of butt hurt liberals start rioting and looting is not relevant.
Thomas Jefferson. The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I can't see the U.S. Supreme Court even considering any sort of repercussions or threat of violence from a mob while making a ruling. If that even remotely turns out to be true, then the Supreme Court would need to be dissolved along with the rest of the system.

I don’t know what talking heads you listen to, perch, but I would stop listening to them now.

If SCOTUS rules against President Trump, it will be because the evidence did not support a fraud election. Not because of the turmoil that might result if they rule in his favor.

What y’all have to realize is the SCOTUS will only review the evidence presented to the trial court. New evidence will NOT be heard by the SCOTUS. They got nothing fellas. And please save the personal attacks for speaking the truth. I tried to explain the same thing a couple of weeks ago. Press conferences aren’t evidence. It is a lost cause.

I said that in other thread - they have to FILE real legally admissible evidence in the trial court. If they don't then they fail.

I've said all along, the Dems planned this to a "T". Their goal is and always has been to just run out the clock. It will take months if not years for these civil suits to work their way through the courts. The only thing that could happen quickly is if the DOJ were to get involved and indict a bunch of Dem politicians in the next 3 weeks but that requires building a case and having time to prosecute that. That will not happen because our FBI and DOJ are now both poltical entities more interested in politics than enforcing the law equally. They wont do anything for fear that the incoming administration will blowback on them. It sucks, they cheated and it will be proven, but at that point in time, it will be too late and what are you going to do, remove a sitting US president a year or two after the fact. I dont think so. The Dems hired 1000 lawyers for this election, found their pet judges to rule in favor of allowing them to change voting regs (even though it is clearly unconstitutional at both the state and fed level), and they flat out stole it. Most of these states in question are under dem control, so once the fraud is found, the perps can be pardoned at the state level and with Biden in the WH, he can pardon everyone at the federal level. It is all going exactly as planned for the Dems except for the fact that Trump will not concede. IMO unless law enforcement gets involved, While I say that he needs to keep exposing it and fighting for it, I think at the end of the day, Biden will be inaugurated while all this stuff is still working its way through the system.
