Started to get the Stratus bibs. Went ahead and spent the extra coin and ordered a set of Fanatic bibs instead. You will like them. They come far enough up that you can put a lighter weight jacket on. Now we need some weather cold enough to wear them.

Holy crap that stuff is expensive!! What makes it so good? I’ll pay for quality, but what makes it 10x what I pay for cheap academy? Actually most of my camo is Korean War era stuff from the thrift store 😂 Wear some and you will see. It is the warmest stuff you will ever wear and it is not bulky at all. The weight of one of their extreme temperature costs is like other jackets. I have some, but only buy it when it is on sale. A couple of years ago I duck hunted in 30 degree sleet wearing their wader pants, a shirt and one of their coats. Not even any base layer and I warm as could be.

That sitka stuff fit true to size?? I'm a true XXL so if I were to get the fanatic, should I go XXL, or 3X?? I dont know but I do know what you mean about sizing.

I’m normally a 2x, but some stuff I go up to 3x for shoulder width/sleeve length. Sitka is one of those for me. If you have a belly, go up a size due to the athletic cut.
