I dont think 6.50 acre is all that high really ... most deer land is 10 plus acre Deer season is 5 months long, turkey season is 5 weeks long. One person hunting 750 acres should be nice, but is it worth $1000/ turkey? And there is no guarantee you’d kill your limit?

You're exactly correct and I know exactly what it's worth cause I turkey hunt. That's why when someone mentioned $5,000 I immediately said "I'll take it" and I still will if someone wants it that bad. Heck, I'll take it without even having another place tied up yet. $6.50/acre is roughly 3X what I consider to be the going rate for "turkey only" rights on good property.
