Anyone have personal experience with thermals? Thought about getting one to play around with. Is there anything out there that actually works good that is reasonable?

I would like to know too. I have used Pulsar and they are outstanding but the price is prohibitive.

Have a Thor LT 3-6x on a 6.5 Grendel. Works well out to the range limitations of the Grendel. You definitely get what you pay for with optics. At some point I'll upgrade but for now its serviceable.

"Cull" is just another four letter word...

i had a pulsar but sold it. It worked well but I quickly realized I was not going to be sitting atound staring through a scope all night.
Some good thermal binoculars would be much more beneficial and easy to use imo.
