Bishop’s 3-N-1 stuff is my current favorite. Big Daddy Bomb BBQ Sauce is a good mater based one.

I’m with you on Bishops. I put it on eggs, peas, greens, just about everything. It’s almost taken the place of hot sauce for me. I have been using Jim n Nicks white sauce too for chicken. Not the best I’ve had, but I can’t seem to get away from it.

Hook’s mild is my favorite. Their hot isn’t bad, but the flavor isn’t as good to me.

Besides my own vinegar sauce (improved version of Jack's Old South recipe), I'm a big fan of The Shed's Mustard bbq sauce

I despise bbq sauce of any kind or flavor. I’ll never understand masking the fine flavor of cooked meat, especially brisket!
