For those near Hoover there is an independent Pharmacy off of Cahaba Valley Rd near I65....Neil’s. I have not used him but I do know he is huge hunter. You may want to check him out.

It is not uncommon for insurance companies to push-back against off-label use, but usually it is because of cost and not what can be perceived as politics.

I absolutely agree. I fill multiple prescriptions per day for off label use. Never any problems with those.

I will l be interested in your mandatory theory. I dont have any idea why anyone wouldd want hydroxy???? For me with gout itt might help. Half my drugs are what they experiment with. Wonder if GoodRx covers the hydroxy. Do appreciate your input!!!

Just because it's a commonly practiced policy does not make it right. Same could be said for a lot of the BS that's happening in America right now.
