There might just be so many cancellations that they cant get the refunds done in the normal time like they said. Also theyre doing twice the work for zero money. Probably just trying to stay afloat. Your situation sucks, no doubt, but I would imagine theyre watching their business go down the crapper. Not against you Guru, just trying to see both sides. Maybe youll get it straightened out. Hope its not putting you in a financial hardship. Buying tickets for anything nowadays puts you in financial hardship. It's bad enough the ticket prices are ridiculous, they have to get the outrages fees, and YOU have to do the work for them if you buy online.

Had to get tickets online prior and what i thought was a decent deal ($12.50 maybe?)/ticket wound up being about $60/ticket when thru with all the fees and crap. Then once we got there, i wasn't totally sure we were gonna get in! Braves were flat, it was HOT, but the beer was cold

My daughters softball camp at UA was cancelled Tuesday. I got my refund the next day. Ryzer was the group handling things.
