Just refinanced mine at 2.365
I got this same rate about 2 weeks ago on a 15-yr.

I'm hoping rates are this lower or possibly even lower in April of next year, I'm thinking of refinancing to a 15yr then. We are heading for record inflation and rates are going to sky rockets. The economy is not sustainable as it is operating right now. The Fed is trying to prop up the economy by buying huge amounts of debt and stock. The dollar isn’t going to be worth anything by this fall. If you are buying anything, buy gold and silver.

The economy is not sustainable as it is operating right now. The Fed is trying to prop up the economy by buying huge amounts of debt and stock. The dollar isn’t going to be worth anything by this fall. If you are buying anything, buy gold and silver. Right now the condo is at 4% for 20years with 17.5years remaining on the note, current balance right around $67,000+/-. In the grand scheme of things, 4% isn't a terrible rate but if I could shave a couple a years off and almost reduce the rate by 1.5%+ that would be awesome.

The dollar is a house of cards right now, with the fed propping it up and the multi trillion dollar deficits every year, the chit will hit the fan before too long. If the long bond ever gets back to 5% or so, ill kiss the stock market goodbye and draw my interest until I croak. No way I'm living another 30 years

I locked in at 2.1 last Friday on a 15yr Impressive. Did that involve buying points or anything like that? No. I was hopping to get around 2.3, was really surprised when they came back at 2.1 I was at 3.8 from when I built my house 4 years ago, which I though was pretty good. But, I got what I feel was a bad appraisal when we went from our construction loan to permanent, and I was stuck paying PMI. So now, was able to drop 1.7% on interest, and get the PMI dropped with the new appraisal, and cut off 12 years of payments and only have my monthly payment increasing about $50.

What I been screaming...if u got cash setting u best be buying something with it...usable resources or metals

I’m afraid your going to be right, I looked at JM Bullion for some silver libertys and they’re sold out till late August.
