His final service is today in Atlanta. Nobody keeping folks from gathering together in this instance, I guess the rules are different for the right people...He boycotted G.W. Bush's and Donald Trump's inaugurations since they were both "illegitimate". Yet Bush (I heard a clip on the radio myself) was there talking about what a superior person Lewis was ("an American saint"...). Lewis was a partisan hack who kept up the whole Russia collusion scam for the last three years. I can't express how much I loathe the Bush family after the truth has come out.

I put John Lewis right in the mix with Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. He didn't do anything material for his people. The reason I know this is that he was a Democrat and the Democrat's entire platform is designed to keep African Americans in chains so that they can rely on them for votes.
According to CNN we have not made one ounce of progress since 1965. Given that position I would say he failed Martin Luther Kings vision that all Americans regardless of skin color would equally share in the same American Dream.
I don't think he shared that vision personally. He turned race baiting into a business and business was good.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
