I was walking some beans late today. They’re hitting me armpit high. Deer Probly laying all out in them. Cool shade and food. They don’t even have to move

Fawns are abundant. I had twins out doing donuts out in front of me while spraying yesterday. About to lose their spots. I wish I could a videoed it but was watching GPS

Y’all really do have that early rut over in NW Alabama. I figure our deer are a week or 2 from dropping. Joe4Majors sent me video of Lake Guntersville State Park does. They were about to pop.

On the distance I like to walk to my stands: “The first 100 yards is also the last 100 yards.”

I don’t hunt em in the summer, I figure in about In about three months they’ll start doing something different. I’ll check in on em then.
