About the only thing this ordinance may slow down is STD’s. And freedom and prosperity.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I think it was our “Fauchi” equivalent that said it’s the young crowd (a.k.a. less affected) that’s prolonging, if not accelerating the issue in Miss’ippi....by bars staying open later, more young’uns get inhibitions loosened up with a-ca-hawl and crowd up more.
I think it’ll just create more “late night at *’s place!!”...that just start earlier than they used to.
experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....
