It does have the ability to impact it. They would never say that is the reason, but most of our executive leadership is left leaning BLM, Gay Pride, and whatever else supporters.

Must be a terrible place to work, I sure hope it pays good.

Happening all over. Have a buddy who runs a ship yard, and they're in training (watching films blahblahblah) on how to treat gays & transgenders at the workplace.

My son was in a private Christian college last year. He had a speech class where the professor told them they could give their speech on any topic except Donald Trump. And he said the amount of gays at it was also something he wasn’t expecting. And this college has theology degrees. And he did fail the first speech because he gave it about trump anyway. He actually quit not long after that.

The Silent Majority is why many polling services are actually off on their numbers.

It actually is. I've been there 10 years. I don't go to work to voice my political opinion. I go to work to do my job and to do it well.

I have heard of several losing jobs for expressing conservative views within the last few months. I was in a meeting this morning, with a new customer. One of the rules to work there is keep all political beliefs, statements, etc...to yourself. No statements, no hard hat stickers, no shirts, etc...that expresses any type of political belief whatsoever.

Yeah damn shame talking about the President of the United states, or having a sticker could get you fired. And people still believe we can turn things around 😩

So is every college and university with few exceptions like Hillsdale College.

AU was majority conservative student body 20 years ago. I guess it could have changed. It was probably the main reason I ended up there. I can only think of a small handful of students I knew that may have been political left, maybe.

They have taken over all the schools, 99% of the media and now you can’t even let people know you voted for a Republican in fear of being fired. Seems the liberals/socialist have already won all they have to now is run out the clock. Very sad time in American history.

They’ve already won. We are just now figuring that out

Even Mitt Romney stated he believes Trump will get reelected. His three reasons were 1) He is the incumbent, 2) Trump will start to tone down his statements to attract more "middle of the road" voters, 3) voters that are most animated in opposition to the president tend not to come out to vote ― and that’s young people and the minorities

This. I heard Ben Shapiro discussing this very topic. We caved in the culture war period because we didn’t want conflict. Now, we’ve let them take most of the positions of influence.

The thing is...I think some of those woke HR folks hate that chit as well. Some will secretly vote for Trump.

We need MASSIVE turnout.

The polling numbers have been off for quite some time.

Trump would have to murder an innocent child with a dull knife on national TV to lose it.

I'm lucky to work with people who share a common thought on current issues. I have been having multiple conversations with our division leader about current events and we agree on most issues. When I meet with customers I try to stay out of discussion on current events. I'm representing my company and I know some of our customers would not appreciate some of my opinions.

My last employer was not this way. Human resources driven PC culture and expressing opinions was frowned upon. Not my type of place so I left and I'm glad I did.
