In the last 3 weeks I have had 6 people that have spent at least 6 hours with someone who tested positive for covid within 72 hours. 4 of the people have been inside 2 outside settings. One of them I spoke to yesterday, he was with his neighbor last Wed and Thurs, neighbor got positive test result Friday or sat. Friend said by Tuesday he felt like death so went in wednesday morning with every single symptom one could have and was told he was negative last night. If this thing was so contagious how come thebfolks I know are still at 0% when they have been atound positive folks with no masks or protection?

I believe there are problems with the test accuracy, both in terms of how it’s administered and processing of results. I heard a similar story from a guy yesterday. If there are in fact a significant amount of false positives and negatives it sure makes sorting through quarantine issues problematic.

To answer your question, I think there’s something yet unknown about what makes it contagious in terms of who is susceptible. There’s something to it in my opinion, but clearly there are many people unaffected. I’m hoping they gain some insight over the next few months that allow these overly restrictive measures to go away.

i'm beginning to think this is not a coronavirus - it's not behaving as one ... if you believe the news, apparently it can travel beyond 15 ft (so the 6 ft distancing won't work), it can hang in the air much longer, and can get caught up/spread in enclosed rooms/HVAC vents/filters ... it's the summer - this thing should have died by now, but it's still spiking - ???

not trying to be a conspiracy theorist here - but something's not adding up

Gonna have to ask the person(s) who paid for/invented this strand. Good news is if Trump losses a cure will be published in Dec/Jan time frame.

This is as a good a place for my rant as any. Not my work place but one I hear about every day. Relative of a person gets tested and tests positive. Person feels like they need to be tested because the live in the same house. This person gets to take days off with pay until results are back. Everybody at work that has contact with this person wants to go get tested. Of course they want days off until results are back. A "supervisor" wants to get tested because she has contact with a person that got tested even though she isn't supposed to be around this person at work. She has been off for a week because she has not got her "results" back. Another actually called in and didn't want to come back in till Monday because it was Friday. She was told she was welcome to take a vacation day. One guess how 100% of these people voted. Not one has come back positive. SMDH

I had it 4 weeks ago and was quarantined, my wife was quarantined also. Our house burned last February, so were staying in a camper. She never got it. Very confusing.

I'm just gonna say this...None of my covid positive patients have had a fever! It's interesting that I can order a patient test or an environmental swab and test exam room 3 door knob and send it for testing. If the world was exposed to radiation, people could have symptoms within days and up to 2 years after exposure. Radiation does not have a taste, smell, color or odor and could cause cardiac toxicity and all the other covid symptoms. It can cause a person to spike a fever, not be able to taste or smell, etc. Hydrochloroquine is used with radiation to kill cancer causing cells in trials, interesting too since radiation in high forms can cause cancer. Oxygen feeds radiation and we lower that in the body by breathing carbon dioxide. Water magnifies it, close beaches, our body is 70% water, get people to stay apart to keep from magnifying it. But is that going to stop me from going to the beach this weekend!?! NO WAY! LOL! To test for radiation exposure you swab patients for it via the nasal or oral cavity, the main goal is to keep infection risk down because it can cause bacteria to overgrow. You would be told to go home, wash your hands, body, take off contaminated clothes, stay home, etc. Its interesting seeing all the patients come in with similar burns, rashes, delayed wound healing, elevated blood pressure, headaches, tachycardia, bleeding, blood clots, hair loss, coughs, pneumonia, platelet disorders, lymphocytic disorders etc. People can literally drop dead from radiation. And humans test rats with radioactive and nonradioactive antibodies so yes antibodies do exist with radiation. Does SARS really stand for severe acute respiratory syndrome or symptoms of acute radiation syndrome? I'm starting to question everything...especially the world we live in...anything is possible nowadays. Oh well, it's just a thought to ponder on...Vanadium Pentoxide is also an interesting read, didn't a dust storm come from Africa a few weekends ago...that's interesting too...And am I the only one that noticed all these towers and antennas that have been built the past several months for small cell infrastructure??? I'd much rather have a virus over radiation sickness any day! wink But a day without Jesus is a sad day! I got Jesus, Oh happy day!

I seem to remember the transmission rate on those cruise ships they kept at bay with the passengers on them being 18%. Stuck on a big boat breathing the same air as a bunch of covid patients and your chances of getting infected is 18%. That told me alot right there.

Funny thing is how little most people know about it. My mom's 75th birthday is today and a group of friends came by to wish her happy birthday. But because my mom had covid (but has been negative for 2 weeks now) they all stood out in the yard. Problem was they were about 2 inches away from each other blowing on little horns and stuff. My wife and I got the pictures and laughed. The only safe person in the whole yard is my mom and they won't get 20 feet from her while they're blowing air àll over each other with no idea if someone is positive.

This disease has so many confused. Especially the elderly.

Their plan is working perfectly.

I can't wait to see the documentary they do about this crippling of America. It's gonna be fantastic.

My 2 grown children were out with friends Friday 2 weeks ago. Another friend came over and visited with them for a few minutes. Turns out he tested positive early the next week. Of the 5 people at the table, 4 tested positive, and the other shows most of the symptoms - fever loss of smell and taste, headache, sore throat, etc, despite testing negative. So, pretty durn contagious.

There's a lot wrong in that post, FYI. A whole lot.

That is why I did not include the name.

However, if you pay attention you will find that there is just as much division, it seems, within the medical community as there is in the general population. If a medical professional has treated patients with certain drugs and has had good results and talked about it on social media, it is nearly always removed. Why is that?

I have a real hard time knowing what the facts are since there is so much contradicting information and when the medical community itself cannot manage to be on the same page, it just comes across as fishy as heck.

I think there has been a tremendous amount of mismanagement around the whole dang thing. If it was accidentally released because some nerdy folks were foolish enough to be playing with mother nature, then it was mismanagement on their part. If it was, in fact, developed and released intentionally, then that is a whole different issue, but it has been mismanaged in numerous ways by numerous people.

You say there is a lot wrong with the post. What is your reason(s) for believing that?

And, yes, NP means nurse practitioner.
