They found out that idiotic crap in California during the lockdowns after waiting in line for hours and then being told they had to wait 10 days. Or they couldn't buy more than one. Or they were restricted on ammunition and had to register to buy it.

There used to be a group out in California that was called the Pink Pistols. They were a group of gay people who got tired of being bashed so they legally armed up and formed a gun club. I dont know if they are still around or not. But the fact is they have the legal right to defend themselves regardless about how you feel about their lifestyle.

However, this appears to have been a deliberate act by the driver. The state patrol had that section of the interstate blocked off due to the protests, and he got on the interstate using an off ramp. Per the state patrol, impairment wasn't an issue, either.

Not sure what makes these idiots think it's a good idea to protest on the interstate.

I read somewhere where he swerved to miss a van parked sideways in the road with no lights on and lost control. I haven't seen anymore about that, but if they hadn't been in the road, it wouldn't have happened.

Blocking interstates should not be allowed to happen period. Peaceful protesting is one thing but law enforcement "allowing" them to get away with this isnt right. If they want to line the side of interstates protesting so be it. block flow of traffic and whatever you get , you deserved.
